Introducing Furmark Futures
The Furmark Futures Young Students Design Competition aims to inspire, highlight, and elevate the creativity of emerging designers worldwide, emphasizing innovative and sustainable uses of fur in modern fashion. This competition is to support young designers and to strive on the importance of Furmark certification. By entering this global competition, you can strengthen your connections in the fur industry and possibly showcase your designs to a grand audience at an expo at Milan Fashion Week.

We ask for one design (illustrated front and back) along with a mood board and a short explanation and/or supporting annotations that help explain the design concept and inspiration. Technical sketches and garment specifications are not required. All submission materials should fit onto a single page or presentation slide.

The top three designs will be selected by our international panel of judges. These winning designs will be produced by a Furmark-approved manufacturer in the entrant's region or country and showcased in Milan as part of TheOneMilano Fashion Week trade show.
The first-place winner will be invited to Milan to attend the showcase and will also be featured in our next annual fashion campaign, alongside many of the industry's most prestigious brands.
