Platform Update: Moving from Chainpoint to a Bespoke Furmark Platform

We’re writing to share an important update about the Furmark platform and what it means for you in the coming weeks.
What’s changing: After listening carefully to member feedback, we will be replacing the current Chainpoint platform with a bespoke Furmark platform built specifically for Furmark and its members.
A consistent message we’ve heard is that the current user interface has been difficult to navigate. We hear you! and this change is focused on delivering a platform that is much simpler, clearer, and easier to use.
Work underway (behind the scenes): We have been working on this transition throughout 2025, and we are aiming for the new platform to go live in January 2026 (subject to final testing and readiness).
Training and support: Please don’t worry all current users will receive adequate training and support to ensure you feel confident using the new platform. The goal is a smooth changeover, and because the new platform is significantly simplified, day-to-day use should be easier from the outset.
What happens next to keep communications clear and relevant:
• Current platform users will receive separate emails with further details, including timelines, guidance, and next steps.
• We will also share broader updates via the newsletter as key milestones are confirmed.
A request to members: We appreciate your patience and support as we manoeuvre through this transition. Our priority is to minimise disruption while delivering a better platform experience for everyone.
